The dining area was not very well defined. The homeowner wanted a more formal place for sit down dining and an additional wet bar.

The Luxury Home Solution:
- The dining area is defined with the wood inlay on the floor.
- The family room and dining appear to be divided by archways and columns, without blocking the view out the back.
- The wet bar was made possible by reaching into the master suite and using the existing plumbing that was not in use after a soaking tub was eliminated.
- New lighting adds the dramatic flair representing the homeowners taste.
