Some unique considerations for this job:

• Aging-in-place conditions were considered as well as handicapped family members.  Wheelchair accessibility was achieved by adding an elevator for access to the main living areas on the second floor, doors were widened as necessary to allow flow, and carpet and rugs were eliminated, with a seamless install of uniform tile throughout.
• The view of the golf course was the main attraction, so walls were eliminated, and others added to maximize the view.
• The Kitchen was opened up to allow the cook to participate in the family room activities and also share the view of the open space through the lanai.
• Tubs that were not being used were eliminated, and tubs in use were upgraded to whirlpools, with all faucets upgraded to handheld types for ease.
• The addition of 7 television sets required an upgrade  of the entertainment systems and electronics.  Each of the rooms is wired for any type of modern technology they will need.
