About Our Process
The team at Luxury Home Solutions has perfected their process to make your remodel go as smooth as possible:
Phase One – Initial Consultation
- Share ideas with Remodeling Consultant
- Discuss Budget
- Discuss your time frame needs
- Understand LHS process
- No Charge
Phase Two – Preliminary Design
- Draw the design with options (floor plans, perspectives, etc.)
- Document the existing house
- Measure and photograph the “before” areas
- Perform preliminary checks of mechanical and structural systems
- Check zoning restrictions, city, county, HOA, etc.
- Discuss and review all items with client
- Sign a preliminary agreement (proposal) with client
- Deposit of approximately 2% of the total project due to cover costs of feasibility study
Phase Three – Detailed Planning
- Refining the design – making final selections of plan details on blueprints; making all color selections, finalized at alliance partners showrooms
- Walk-through with Remodeling Consultant and Trade Specialists as necessary
- Regular client meetings to make any necessary adjustments
- Develop ¼” detailed floor plans and elevations
- Develop detailed plans for all trades
- Sign a comprehensive contract with a fixed price (a small deposit may be due at this time) showing start/finish dates and how progress payments will be collected
Phase Four – Construction
- Permits obtained
- Forecasts
- Pre-Construction meetings for all involved
- Weekly meetings with Remodeling Consultant, Home Remodeling Specialist, and Homeowners
- Thorough dust protection with site management and constant inspections
- Final walk through with Remodeling Consultant to review any unfinished details
- Warranty discussed
- Final payment collected
