How do you handle noise and disruption to neighbors in condos?
All remodeling work in condos is sensitive and subject to the rules and regulations of the individual condo associations. We will need to know their specific guidelines. These guidelines will be established in the pre-construction meeting – before any work begins – with all subcontractors and employees present and will be closely monitored by your Home Remodeling Consultant and Construction Manager.
We will do all that we can to minimize disruptions to the neighbors and will be in communication with them so they can contact us directly if a problem arises.
