About Us
Luxury Homes Solutions was formed in partnership between industry veterans, Chris and Joni Hall, and Norman R. Bloxham after meeting many homeowners with a real need for their service - a one-stop-shop for a truly trusted resource for maintaining, repairing, updating, and remodeling their homes.
Chris and Joni Hall
In 1997, Chris and Joni Hall founded Coastal Marketing, a Sales and Marketing Agency representing major manufacturers of Plumbing Products and Cabinetry for Florida and Georgia. After the growth of Coastal Marketing, they created Contractor's Choice Supply, Inc. in 1999.
Contractor's Choice became the largest and most respected Cabinetry and Appliance sales and installation company in Southwest Florida with $24 million in sales and over 75 employees. Contractor's Choice Supply successfully installed over 7000 kitchens in Southwest Florida. In 2007, Chris and Joni sold Contractor's Choice Supply.
Chris and Joni have 2 grown children. Ashley attends the University of Florida where she is studying Journalism. Turner is married to Emma Halverson Hall and lives in Gainesville with their two beautiful daughters, Heidi and Lilly. He owns and operates his own video production company, C. Turner Media. Chris and Joni are members of McGregor Baptist Church, Gulf Harbour Country Club and have an active charitable foundation, the Christopher W. and Joni Q. Hall Foundation. Both enjoy boating, golf, community service, and traveling with their family.
Joni Hall - President
After growing up in Burlington, NC, attending Williams HS and East Lincoln HS in Denver, NC, Joni graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a degree in Business and Accounting. She began her career with Coopers and Lybrand in Raleigh, NC, later transferring to Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Her design skills and financial knowledge are her greatest assets she brings to Luxury Homes Solutions.
Chris Hall - Vice President
Chris was born in Arlington, VA, and grew up in Manassas, VA. He attended Stonewall Jackson High School and received an athletic scholarship to attend UNC. He went to work with Ferguson Enterprises right after college. His management skills and great business knowledge are valuable assets to Luxury Home Solutions.
As General Manager of Ferguson Enterprises, Chris, with his family, moved to Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Orlando, before permanently settling in Fort Myers. After a brilliant career with Ferguson, Chris and Joni started their first company together, Coastal Marketing, Inc.
Norman R. Bloxham - Vice President
After earning his State Certified General Contractor's license at the age of 20, Norm began in the construction industry from the ground up, personally working in every facet of the industry. In 1980, Norm and his brother Craig started Gulf Coast Homes, building hundreds of homes in Lee and Collier counties. In 1996, the company was sold to a national builder.
After taking some time off, Norm saw a growing need for a high-end, custom home builder in the Southwest Florida area and in 1999, he founded Bloxham Homes, Inc., a company specializing in large, complicated custom homes and remodels. Over the years, Norm has built over 1,000 custom homes in the Naples and Fort Myers areas. Having the highest attainable state certified building license in the State of Florida has allowed Norm to build residential homes, multi-million dollar commercial buildings, and multi-story high-rise projects.
As Vice President of Luxury Home Solutions, Norm brings his vast building experience and true understanding of construction. He has what it takes to maintain, repair and renovate upscale homes in Southwest Florida.
Norm is married to his lovely wife, Teri, and they have four children. Derek is graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Anthropology, Summer is in her third year at UCF studying sports management, and the twins, Connor and Caitlyn, are 12 years old, in middle school, and enjoy boating, skiing, and tubing. Norm has lived in the Fort Myers area for over 40 years and he and his family are actively involved in their church and community.
